THESE AUGUST/SEPT DROP ANGUS STEER WEANERS ARE BRED TO PERFORM WITH NO EXPENSE SPARED WITH BULLS SELECTED FROM LANDFALL, BEN NEVIS AND HAZLEDENE WITH A FOCUS ON HIGH GROWTH AND POSITIVE FAT INDEXS. THESE STEERS WOULD NORMALLY BE RETAINED AND SOLD AS HEAVY FEEDERS IN SPRING BUT DUE TO THE DRY CONDITIONS IN THE DISTRICT THE DECISION WAS MADE TO LIGHTEN THE NUMBERS. GENUINE TOPS OF THE DROP WITH ALL STEERS WEIGHING IN A TIGHT 250-320KG WEIGHT BRACKET.
