This lot of 77 steers (2 decks) are fit to load and strong at assessment. Fit to load guidelines will be followed at delivery. *** Please note that as the steers are remaining in the yards to wean as well as being tailed out in laneways until delivery***. Good quality hay will be kept up to them and clean fresh water at all times. They have been weaned earlier than usual due to the dry seasonal conditions.

Buyers these steers were good to handle, draft and assess. Approx half of the steers stirred up in the crush getting weighed and pre treated, which is to be excepted for a freshly weaned calf. Once let out of the crush they walked back into the mob and were settled. They were good to photo and video and worked well through the yards. After a week of yard weaning & tailing out before delivery i would imagine this mob of steers will be settled and good to handle. They will be ready to perform!!

Buyers please consider this soft line of 77 (2 decks) crossbred weaner steers. Performance bred steers presenting in genuine store condition that will be ready to power ahead as they will be yard weaned for a week by the delivery period. Weighing from 172-326 kgs and average 229 kgs at assessment after an overnight curfew and weaned off the cow 2 days prior. As they will remain in the yards and weaned until delivery i have given them an average delivery weight of approx 220 kgs. These steers have been pre treated with IMAX CD pour-on to assist with movement into tick free areas and to clean them up in the coat. Buyers please refer to my photos and videos as part of my description. Please note there were 2 steers with small horn buds and a small % showing more content in their crossbred breed type. These steers are renowned for their performance and i have full confidence they will grow out to their reputation. PCAS eligible, vendor bred, pre treated and yard weaned. COMPENSATORY GAIN!!
