Well educated young females. All led up the race sensibly and stood quietly. Stepped on the scales without hassle and most exited at a walk. Led out in to the paddock quietly for photographing. A few heifers with a slightly bigger flight zone that were more anxious in closer proximity to the handler in the yards and/or crush. Listed above as slightly stirry. Heifers that are still only young, and will improve with age and further handling.

Nice line of EU Angus Heifers. Healthy young females in strong store condition and on the do. Ideal lot of heifers to do a back grounding job with, then start on a feed ration in the New Year. Heifers have plenty of length, and stand up, out of a herd of large framed females, by high growth bulls from Rennylea & Dunoon Angus studs. Females that will make high yielding supermarket bodies. Note, Heifers came off 2 different paddocks at the start of Spring, 1 lot a bit slower to clean up in the coat, as per photos, all heifers have been returned to a fresh paddock of Clover, Rye & Phalaris and are on the do.
