An exceptional run of vendor-bred Shorthorn steers, representing the tops of the drop from Patanga Pastoral Co.
The Higgins family has been breeding Shorthorn cattle for over 70 years, with a strong focus on fertility, positive fat, docility and overall performance. Current sire purchases include leading genetics from South Bundara, Futurity and Yamburgan.
These steers are the tops of the drop, with a further 70 lighter brothers retained to grow on. They are a credit to the vendors and present an outstanding opportunity to take on for any grass or grain finishing programs.
