Steers worked well through the yards with only a few becoming agitated in crush but settled once returned to mob. Steers had only been weaned for 2 days before assessment & will settle further with weaning process prior to delivery

Buyers a great opportunity to secure good quality draft of No2 weaned steers weighing 255kg avg. All the hard work has been done ,weaned and educated ready to explode on good pasture. Steers are bred from VGQ mostly large framed Santa, Simbrah, Droughtmaster/Charolais cross cows by Simmental, Santa & Charolais bulls. These steers are all HGP free, Antibiotic free and eligible for all grass pasture fed programs, they show good bone, length & depth with good weight for age. Steers would be ideally suited to oats to take through to feeder weights or alternatively have the capacity to make great grass bullocks. Please note 1steer only castrated 3 weeks ago, 1 has a slightly cloudy eye and a couple have fly rub marks none of which are are considered detrimental.
