Heifers were a little unsettled in the crush but had been preg tested the day before assessment, generally the cattle were good but could become nervous under pressure when drafting.

Vendor Bred Line of EU Shorthorn Heifers, heavily classed with only the best retained for breeding. These heifers have been preg tested empty for buyer confidence for either a Breeder to join to the bull of their choice or backgrounder/feedlot to buy knowing they are getting guaranteed empty heifers.
Over 25 years of Moombi blood with the heifers classed by Lester Job each year prior to joining.
These heifers have enjoyed a reasonably good winter and spring and have been on a range of grazing cereal crops as well as native and improved pastures. There is still room to move in these cattle and will mature into 600kg plus kill cattle easily.
Heifers are up to date with health treatments as well. They are ready to continue to gain weight and suit a variety of markets.
