Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Steers worked well through the yards and were a pleasure to handle. A percentage of the steers became unsettled in crush and when pressured which is common behavior for weaners, But settled once back in the mob. Weaners will be getting work daily in the yards until delivered. Cattle temperament is a credit to vendors.

Assessor Comments
Buyers, on offer are 79 GQ Vendor bred Angus, Black Simmental, Brangus cross infused steers that would suit backgrounders, Looking to background steers and take through to heavier weights. Steers would suit all domestic/export markets, And show all attributes to grow into a good line of feeders or bullocks at a young age for intending buyers. Steers show good weight for age and stand on plenty of bone and have plenty of frame. Buyers please note I have deducted an additional 3% off 20 hr curfewed weight due to weaning process, *Buyer please make own judgement*. Weaners will be on good quality hay in yards until delivered. This is your opportunity to buy weaned steers with plenty of compensatory weight gain to be had. *Steers are sought after by previous purchases and come recommended*. Buyers please note vendor has lighter steers and heifers in same sale.
