Heifers were good to handle throughout assessment. All led through the race well and were mostly sensible in the crush, just a couple that were a bit anxious on the scales, settling down once they were let out and returned to the mob. A couple of heifers were a bit nervous in the paddock while doing photos, once they realised they weren’t being chased, they were happy to settling in a corner & graze.

Very nice lot of well bred young heifers. Out of a mob of Top Class Pure Te Mania Angus Blood Cows, Purchased Ex Mayfield Pastoral Company. By Te Mania & Table Top Angus Sires, selected for growth, IMF, Structure & Temperament. A perfect little lot of heifers to grow out and put a bull with, or keep going on the incoming Autumn growth and target a fat grassy heifer job.
