Generally quiet young steers to handle. Easy going and inquisitive around the yards. A couple of steers were anxious in the crush, with some foot stomping and weaving, but all exiting the crush at a walk once the head bail was open and they felt the pressure was off. (Listed above as slightly stirry) Well mannered cattle that will improve with age & handling.

Assessor Comments
The Clarke family are fourth generation cattle producers in the Upper Murray and have been using select Reiland angus genetics in their herd for the last 20 years. Selecting Bulls with desired traits, being good 400 & 600 DW, IMF, EMA & strong maternal traits. These are a nice little pen of steers to tuck, with the genetic background to go forward. Females are retained for bone, depth & length with a very strong focus on temperament. Presenting in store condition, these cattle will go forward on delivery with the recent sunshine we’ve seen. 100% Grass only Fed, Antibiotic Free.
