Assessor Comments
Good & very good quality steers, that are well educated, quiet and a pleasure to handle. Steers are soft enough to keep backgrounding through to trade feedlot entry weights, well framed enough to take through to heavy export feeder weights, or meat works. They have been running on their own also making them suitable for the small acreage farmers that are only wanting a few quiet steers to run. They are broken in to all fencing including single wire electric and the electric tape.

BANQUET VALTRA V293
Banquet Angus
· Bull · Angus · Sire: BANQUET STATESMAN S154 · Dam: BANQUET QUIET S221 · Style, docility, pedigree and structure with real eye appeal. Here is a bull to get excited about. Valtra V293, is a bull you could look at all day, to admire his clean front, strong spine, wide top, length of body, clean skin and structural correctness. Now let’s talk about something really exciting, his pedigree. Sire of V293, Statesman S154, is a standout Nuttella son and was retained and used as a yearling for his extreme muscle patern, sleek skin, length of body and doing ability. His first sons featured in our Autumn 2025 Sale where they sold to $20,000 twice. Dam of V293, Quiet S221, joined our donor team as a 3 year old female for her superior style, softness, doing ability and milk production. Her first calf, Quiet U199, is one of our top Spring drop ‘U females. Maternal granddam of V293, Quiet Q339, is another easy doing, hard working and maternal cow, that is breeding the house down. Her only two daughters, Quiet S221 and Quiet T338 have already joined our E.T team. Her third calf, Ultimate U304, sold for $34,000 in our Autumn 2025 Sale to Callandoon Angus, QLD. Her forth calf, Version V431, is a star at Lot 46. I could talk about every generation in this pedigree, including the legendary Quiet Y091. With the sire apeal and a pedigree like this it is no surprise he was used on stud heifers for the Spring joining, finishing in December. Should be suitable for joining maiden heifers.
