These are true to type station bred Angus heifers used to running in large mobs in large flat open paddocks. They were good to handle in the yards provided pressure was placed in the correct circumstance and the heifers had the opportunity to find exit points without excessive force.

An excellent opportnity to purchase the tops of the drop angus heifers from a renowned herd known for is fertility, growth and performance. The MS Henwood cattle carry the Rennylea and Lawson bloodlines with excellent frame and growth for age. Preg tested at assessment these heifers are all sound for breeding, not dectected in calf, they would make excellent breeders or backgrounder/feeder heifers suitable for all domestic or export markets. This lot is being offered as 80 head run out the gate from a line of 207 head assessed for this sale (also offered in this sale 80 head and 47 head from this draft).15% of the draft were noted during the assessment to have pink eye scarring in one eye and 3 head had light scarring in both eyes ( refer photos). Seven head were also observerd with old ringworm scars and 3 head with warts around head and neck. All heifers were individually weighed, handled and preg tested (Holbrook Vet Clinic) at assessment.
