A very well bred line of Angus steers being sold as part of the total sale of the 2022 Plumthorpe Pastoral Co steer drop. Plumthorpe steers have previously performed very well on feed. This large commercial herd uses high indexing sires and is predominantly Booroomooka Angus blood.
The vendor has offered a total of 1174 steers in this sale. This mob is a total of 240 head and will be split into BDouble sized loads at delivery by a run at the gate. These steers are well grown and still on a rising plain despite trying conditions. Approximately 5% of the total mob were noted to have cloudy/blue eyes at assessment. Steers with active pinkeye will be removed at delivery.
