The steers handle very well and self controlled in the yards and throughout the weigh box in general quietly and calm. Normal fidgeting or discomfort shown when cornered in the crush/ weigh box with some keen to exit quickly. For cattle separated from mum only hours before it was noticeable how little fight of flight they had - with only 3 looking to turn in the race. In general they behaved like cattle that have been weaned 4/5 days with handling.

Very good quality Angus & Angus cross weaner steers ideal to put on improved pasture or crop and finish to heavy weight feeder steers.The vast majority show very strong dominant Angus charactersitics and breed traits with a splash of very good quality Brangus & Charolais cross influence in the balance. 3 steers have a slight roan brisket/underline, 9 steers are grey/creamy or red Char x & 5 steers show a brown or slight brindle tinge and the balance are jet black. All cattle show very good bone, muscling and length of body. Also offered in the Eastern States sale are 20 x 20 cows and calves at the same property.
