Paddock
Temperament not assessed in Paddock
These heifers are generally quiet to handle and required little slowing through the yard. They worked through the race and crush easily and stood well during processing. A small number became a little agitated in the weigh box but settled quickly once back with the mob. Although these heifers are reasonably quiet it is recommended that they be given time to adjust to their new surroundings before being bushed.

Assessor Comments
An excellent line of EU ACCREDITED Santa and Angus/Santa cross heifers that would suit all markets and even breeders. These heifers show good weight for age and breed character with good bone and structure. These heifers are naturally quite and are a joy to work though the yards and outside. The vendor has placed a big emphasis on temperament for 30 years and it shines through in these heifers. Vendor has won both the Champion Pen of Santa steers and heifers at the Biloela Special Weaner sale 2024.
