The Mopoke cattle are the quietest cattle I assess. Low stress handling is practiced on farm and these weaners behave accordingly. They are routinely run through the yards starting when they're bobby calves. The temperament of these cattle are a feature.

82 quality Booroomooka blood Angus steers. This draft are the middle of the vendors 2022 spring calves and are in a tight weight range with the tail removed at assessment. These steers were yard weaned the morning of assessment and will continue in the vendors usual weaning program until delivery. These steers are up to date with all their animal health treatments and have been since birth. Low stress stock handling is practiced on farm and the temperament of these steers is a feature, they are very quiet to work with. The Mopoke (formerly Shannon Partnership) steers are renowned performers with previous buyers returning annually. Weighing 219kgs after a 6 hour lock up at assessment these steers are all frame and will jump ahead given the opportunity. Please note the vendor has another lot of 75 heavier steers in the same sale providing the opportunity to put together 157 one mark weaned steers.
