Heifers handled very well throughout the yards without much pressure required. The odd heifer got agitated whilst mouthing however became settled again quickly once released. On the whole the heifers were very easy to handle.

Offering 84 GQ Santa/Santa Cross & Droughtmaster cross feeder heifers. Heifers present in good forward store condition ranging from 380kg to 522kg to average 436kg full. Only 2 heifers under 400kg & 2 over 500kg. 100% of the heifers mouthed with 69 milk tooth & 15 x 2 tooth. Heifers have been vet PTE by Dr Ian Braithwaite on the 9/8/25. Heifers were purchased out of the Richmond, Winton, Longreach & Quilpe districts & have done very well since being at "Somerset".
