Assessor Comments
A very even draft of Angus Feeder steers that were weighed into a very tight weight range of 410-445kg at assessment (3 hours off feed). These steers are bred out of a high performing Landfall Angus blood herd and normally sold at the top end of the feeder weight range. The Rowlands cattle have received excellent feedback from major feedlots, with the herd recognised for turning off large drafts of very even high performing steers. They that aren’t overdone with condition and will go on and perform well. Offering both c/kg lwt and $/head bidding options for delivery next week. Vendor is willing to Bovilis vaccinate these steers at @$15/head and can extend delivery period to the end of August to suit feedlot intake requirements, in which case they will be sold c/kg lwt.
