3 DECKS OF VERY GOOD QUALITY CROSSBRED HEIFERS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE HEIFERS ARE PART OF A LARGER RUN OF 168HD AND WILL BE SOLD ON A RUN OUT THE GATE DRAFT IF PURCHASED SEPARATELY. THESE HEIFERS WOULD MAKE FOR IDEAL BACKGROUNDER TO HEAVY FEEDERS OR TO PUT STRAIGHT ON FEED. HEIFERS ARE BRED IN A CROSSBRED COW HERD USING CHARBRAY, BRANGUS, DROUGHTMASTER, SPECKLE PARK, BRAFORD & BRAHMAN BULLS. THESE HEIFERS ARE REGARDED AS GOOD FEEDLOT HEIFERS WITH MANY RETURN BUYERS. THEY PRESENT WITH GOOD WEIGHT & FRAME FOR AGE WITH GOOD BONE & EVEN MUSCLING. THE HEIFERS WEIGHED FROM 311KG TO 434KG TO AVG 362KG AT ASSESSMENT. THERE ARE A MIXTURE OF no. 2 & no. 3 AGE BRANDS AND 20 WERE MOUTHED TO FIND 1x 2 TOOTH & THE REMAINING ALL MILK TOOTH. IN THE BRAHMAN CROSS HEIFERS IT WAS NOTED THAT 6 HAD SLIGHT HUMP & 2 MEDIUM HUMP. DELIVERY IS OFFERED TO BLACKALL OR CHARTERS TOWERS & WITHIN 400KM BARENYA BY CONTACTING THE AGENT PRIOR TO THE SALE.
