These heifers handled through the yards very well. They were initially drafted through the round yard then onto the race for assessment and handled the process well. A very small number were aggressive or agitated when confined or isolated yet settled well when returned to the mob.

Good quality ORGANIC USDA, NOP & GAP certified Ultrablack & Ultrablack cross NSM heifers. A lovely run of feminine heifers that are demonstrating mostly Ultrablack characteristics. The majority of these heifers are displaying great weight for age. These 2022 drop heifers are presenting in forward condition and have the rest of their breeding future ahead of them. An opportunity for the successful purchaser to add to their existing breeding program or to trade. Organic heifers of this weight and quality are not often available. There are heifers in this consignment that are showing scarring from buffalo fly and 2 heifers with slight scarring on an eye. Vendor has other lots in the sale.
