Heifers had a little more run in them than usual, but they were preg tested the morning of assessment. I would expect these cattle to settle quickly with a bit more handling.

These are an exceptionally well-bred line of EU accredited Rennylea blood Angus heifers. They are all preg tested empty and are reproductively sound (freemartins removed). Only for sale due to a bull breakdown and a low conception rate in the heifers this year, through absolutely no fault of their own. A large tail end has been removed from the line prior to joining and another 20 head were removed at assessment to make a very even B-Double line of heifers. They would be ideal to join for an autumn calving program, particularly for someone wanting to chase high end Wagyu or Angus programs - the herd has a very good reputation for growth & marbling, being a preferred supplier to Rangers Valley and Kerwee feedlots. They are also Greenham Never Ever and Teys Grasslands accredited. These are a very attractive proposition to purchase high quality heifers from one of the leading herds in the district.
