Glendaloch Pastoral Co., Yea are pleased to present a quality line of Vendor Bred Angus Heifers. These heifers are Aug/Sept 24' drop and Glendaloch Angus Blood. Representing the Second draft, they averaged 412Kgs Full. Due to the tough season, they were moved to Katunga and put onto a Silage maintenence ration, doing 1.6Kg/day.
Treatments on the 16th of July include Bovillus MH+IBR, Tasvax 5in1, Coopers Stampede, CProst Injection & Zeromec Gold Injection. Vendor typically retains entire drop of heifers to join for self-replacing Angus herd in Yea, however due to the season have made the decision to offer these females up for sale. This is an opportunity to secure quality genetics to join to the bull of your choice for future breeding or ideal weights to put straight into a feeding situation for the Domestic or Export Kill markets. Please note, Eye scarring and Warts were seen on some heifers but were deemed to pass feedlot entry. 3 other lots of Heifers are in today's sale.
