Assessor Comments
A well-bred quality line of 83 Black Angus and 4 Angus/Sim X Aug/Sept 2025 drop heifers. The heifers will present in forward store condition and were yard weaned 5th May for 2 weeks and returned to the paddock. At weaning, pink eye was found and for best practices the whole herd was treated with Alamycin LA 300, from that, 14 head have pink eye scarring ranging from a pin drop to a finger nail size. These heifers are on the move and have had a weight gain of 700g/day in the last 14 days. They are Never Ever accredited, and PCAS eligible. Vendor also has a line of 77 steers in same sale.
