Assessor Comments
A very good line of 88 x Aug/ Sept 2024 Drop Angus Steers. By Hazeldean and Te Mania sires out of Hazledean Blood and Team Te Mania cows the steers present evenly as a group and provide buyers with an opportunity to take on to feeder markets in 2025. The majority of these steers are progeny from Team Te Mania PTIC cows purchased in 2024 from the Lakala and Boona herds in SW Victoria. Weaned in late March, the steers have had their second 5 in 1 and a Doramectin drench. Buyers can take the opportunity to secure an even line of 88 x weaned steers in a tight weight range. This is the second run of Euroka Steers with the thirds being retained. Euroka Pastoral focus on growth and carcase EBVs in sire selection.
