Very quiet, well mannered young heifers, brought up the race 1 at a time. Just one heifer that was doing some anxious stomping on the scales, only showing nervous behaviour, but listed above as slightly stirry.

Ideal females for a dairy farmer to take on, with all the hard work behind them, all just coming into a joinable weight bracket. The Moore family switched to running a crossbred herd & as a result, have better milk solids & sounder, more moderate framed cows. These young females are from a good performing cow herd with a current mid-Winter yielding of around 23-24Ltrs on average. Only offered for sale sue to getting out of milking and going over to beef cattle. Buyers please Note. Vendor has another 6 Viking Red x Holstein Heifers in same sale.
