Whilst these heifers were with their mates they were fine. After separating the reds from the blacks they became slightly agitated. One heifer in particular has her head up and is more touchy. She is probably the best heifer in the group and should be treated with respect.The majority temperament is a real feature of the Boggy Creek Station Calves and could not really be faulted.

Annual Production Sale of the “Boggy Creek Station” calves at Glenburn. These are the RED HEIFER Calves. They are in fresh condition, well grown for their age and displaying plenty of bone and muscle. Calves were excellent to handle and are ready to grow on for anyone in the position to feed them. Drafting into a weight range off the scales has produced a nice, even line to make marketing down the track easier.Their is the odd 1 or 2 steers with slight blue in the eye from pink eye treatment.Not detrimental at all.Overall health of these calves is excellent.
Ideally these heifer are ideal as future BREEDERS.
However they are renowned performing cattle and would suit any feedlot operation and/or backgrounding and fattening.They carry our highest recommendation.
