Heifers handled very well through a challenging set of yards. majority of heifers are very good to handle with a small percentage becoming agitated under pressure. all heifers settled quickly and easily once in larger yards however if confined on their own or put under pressure the odd heifer did become slightly stirred up to stirry.

Very good qualityCharolais/Charbray type backgrounder Heifers.
Heifers are by Ayr and River Glen Charolais bulls out of a highly measured, fertile and functional cow herd. Predominately based on Bungoona and Chatfield Brahman genetics with approx 25% Charolais influence from River Glen and Ayr Charolais.
Good moderate to larger frame heifers, approx 25% red factor type heifers with balance grey and creamy types. Excellent bone, tidy heads and plenty of length.
heifers have had access to a number of young yearling Brahman and Charbray bulls over the past few months however would be considered unlikely to be detectable in calf.
heifers would be ideally suited as Backgrounders through to heavy feeder or slaughter weights or with enough quality to keep on as replacement breeders. .
heifers where weighed on the 7th of march and have averaged 1.15kg/day since that time, showing their performance and quality.
located in clean country south of Prairie/Hughenden and free to all areas.
