Angus steers 9-10mths 337kg, Te Mania sires Sunbury, Rocco and Laycock in AI program (85 steers in total that are identified by yellow management tag) balance bulls supplied by TeMania. The Gooramadda herd has invested heavily in genetics and data collection to produce one of the North East’s finest commercial Angus herds. These young steers have weight for age, beautiful skin and hair that you want in Angus cattle, while being backed up with a comprehensive animal health program. At assessment steers were still gaining on avg 0.4kg p/day. Calves post weaning have been fed silage and grass hay while having access to short green pasture. Damaged eyes would pass feedlot entry protocols.
