Assessor Comments
Excellent line of Angus steer weaners. Great opportunity to secure some well bred steers that aren’t normally sold at these weights. Vendors select the top end high indexing bulls from Dunoon, Crawford & Bongongo studs. These steers are bred from one of the better Angus herds in the Tumut area. Vendor would normally sell as feeders in the summer but due to season conditions steers are on the market to make room for breeding stock. Past feedlots have been very happy with how the Shore steers have performed, vendors have done very well in the past at the Teys feedlot competition coming 6th & 10th out of 80 teams.These steers were weighed in a tight weight bracket from 192-239kg at assessment. Please see other line of 100 in the same sale,Opportunity to put 195 steers back together off the one place. Please note the ringworm number is only an approximate. Steers come with assessor’s highest recommendations. Any questions please call myself. To top up trucks there is 10 AA 300kg + & 5 BB.
