Assessor Comments
96 VGQ HGP Free Vendor Bred Droughtmaster Cross Steers. Majority Exhibit Good Bone, Length, Depth and Frame for their age. These Steers are from a well Regarded, Control Mated Herd & are suitable to grow out to Heavy Feeders, with majority having the capacity to make good Bullocks. They are Quiet, have Good Feet & are Tidy around the Head. They have been running in a rotational grazing system after being weaned in September onto Soft Spinifex Forest Country. They are used to Electric Fences as well as Medicated Water (urea phosphate & ammonium sulphate plus trace elements, brand name ‘uphos’). They were weighed 7 days prior to assessment & have gained an average of 1.4kg per day since. Weighed after 14 hours off feed & water. These Steers are part of a “run of the gate” mob that will be split evenly at delivery if purchased by seperate buyers. Would appreciate if buyers could deliver in similar timeframe. *Please read delivery comments.* Steers are PCAS Eligible.
