Excellent opportunity for a B Double load of vendor bred heifers. Assessed 69 on the home farm and 28 from a satellite farm. The 28 are heavier and carry more fat on average than the 69, they are also the more forward moving in the yards. These cattle are pushing through a very tight feed period and represent true store condition heifers that will respond to good feed and have proven over the years to do just that. Really is a great opportunity to secure light heifers to feed on that could be retained or grown to feeder cattle weights. No Heifers have been retained and this is the first line of sale Heifers from the drop. Only a portion of cattle on property were assessed for sale, not all. Medium warts noted on 1 animal over neck and face, 6 noted to have white on udder. Drafted to be a line from 270-350kg we had 2 under (by 1 or 2 kg) and 17 overs.
If the 97 do not fit on 3 decks buyer will not be held accountable to buy the outstanding number, purchase only what loads on 3 decks.
