Heifers generally handled well through the yards. There was some push up the race and a few became agitated in the crush. Once heifers were back in the mob they were settled to walk through.

Assessor Comments
Offering 98 Angus Cross Feeder Heifers. The heifers averaged 404kg live at assessment and were weighed into a range from 350kg to 530kg. These heifers are all sired by Jarobee Angus bulls and were mainly branded No.4 with the odd No.3 sighted. The heifers were mouthed to be majority milk teeth with some 2 tooths. The heifers were also preg tested by a vet at assessment with 81 head not detectable and 17 head under 3 months which were feather bangtailed and administered PG. These heifers are weighed, preg tested and ready to go to the feedlot for the purchaser. Please note two heifers were noted with old blight eye scarring.
