Assessor Comments
A good to mostly very good quality line of Angus and Angus x medium to large frame heifers. These heifers were purchased at the Wodonga weaner sale early in January and were destined for the heavy domestic / light export feeder market. They are for sale as the season has just tightened even with recent rain. They are ideal to take directly onto feed or the top 60% would suit to join as future breeders. Buffalo fly was present on the heifers and several heifers showed bite and rub marks around eyes and on the neck. Four heifers noted with old ringworm marks on neck and face with hair growing back over them. One heifer had healing pink eye in one eye and two heifers had slight blue eye spots in one eye. One heifer had a significant blue eye scar in the off eye (tag A28) and she can be removed from the line at the buyers request post sale. Good quality multi purpose heifers that are primed to move ahead on good feed.
