AN OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE 96 VERY GOOD QUALITY GREY BRAHMAN & BRAHMAN CROSS HEIFERS. THESE HEIFERS ARE PART OF A LARGER RUN OF 384 HEIFERS AND WILL BE SOLD ON AN OUT-THE-GATE DRAFT IN 4 x 3 DECK LOTS. THE LOT INCLUDES 252 GREY BRAHMAN, VENDOR-BRED, FRONT PADDOCK HEIFERS & 132 GOOD QUALITY BOUGHT HEIFERS. ALL 384 WERE ASSESSED & 195 WERE WEIGHED AFTER BEING IN THE YARDS FOR 6HRS. THEY WEIGHED FROM 238KG TO 415KG & AVERAGED 315KG. THEY ARE IN STRONG STORE CONDITION & WILL BOUND AHEAD ON GOOD PASTURE. THESE CATTLE HAVE A BIG REPUTATION FOR DOABILITY & WEIGHT FOR AGE & WOULD MAKE FOR EXCELLENT FUTURE BREEDERS OR TO BACKGROUND INTO FEEDER MARKETS, BOTH LOCAL & EXPORT. HEIFERS WILL BE DELIVERED TO JULIA CREEK WHERE THEY CAN BE WEIGHED & DIPPED IF REQUIRED. OPTIONS FOR WEIGHING ARE FULL-OFF TRUCKS LESS 4% OR AFTER AN OVERNIGHT CURFEW.
