These Droughtmaster X steers were very good to handle throughout assessment, the very odd one becoming
agitated in the race or crush but once they returned within the mob they remained calm.

3 decks of Droughtmaster X steers that have been drafted into a very good weight range of 300-400kg to average 342kg at delivery. Steers are predominantly Droughtmaster and Droughtmaster X and were bought from Southern QLD and Northern NSW as weaners. These Droughtmaster steers were good to handle through the yards and were photographed after a 24hr curfew. Steers are all HGP Free and present in store/forward store condition with good frame, providing a great opportunity to background them quickly into feeder markets. Note - Cattle Assessment was completed by both Tom McLeish & Dean Fogarty.
