35 Weaned Angus Steers – A/C Lake Midgeon, Narrandera An outstanding line of weaned Angus steers displaying excellent weight for age and genetic depth. Steers weighed 249-328kg (avg. 299.9kg) with a delivery adjustment of -5%. Bred from good-bodied, moderate-framed Angus cows of Rennylea, Stoney Point & Coolana Park blood, all purchased in 2022 at an average exceeding $4,000. Sired by elite Tattykeel Angus bulls, including Tattykeel Ironjack and Tattykeel Stamp, ensuring strong growth and carcass traits. Currently gaining an average of 0.5kg/day, with peak gains recorded at 1.85kg/day. Ad-lib fed lupins (Advantage Feeder) and oaten/ryegrass hay to maximize growth. This vendor has a proven track record, with previous steers supplied into Teys Feedlot and receiving positive feedback. These steers offer excellent potential as future feeders or grass-finishing cattle. Please note: Another 50 steers sell at Lot 10012882.
