Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Steers have been well handled throughout weaning process, as well as regular feeding. Making them generally very quiet to handle in and around the yards. They were in the yards the day before for weighing and were a little yard sour at times, just a bit stubborn in the force and pushy in the race. Once out in the paddock, they were all much more settled & quiet, & easy to walk around on foot for photos/videos.
