AREA 2,904* hectares (7,176* acres) LOCATION Tarrawonga is located approximately 30* km northeast of Walkers, and 54*km northeast of Woorilla Homestead via the Whealbah Road and Vaggs Road. Alternatively, 10* km east of the Cobb Highway 50* km north of Booligal. Tarrawonga is accessed via Vaggs Road. LAND & TOPOGRAPHY The property is generally level in topography with slight depressions and a gentle rise towards the northeast of the holding. The country comprises a combination of grey cracking clays to rising red loams. Vegetation is a mixture of native grasses and bush/herbage. FENCING The property is fenced into two large paddocks of 4,300* and 2,890* acres. Fencing is mostly 5 plain and 1 barb with a large portion upgraded in recent years and is considered stockproof. WATER & ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE Well/Bore 1 – On Title: A converted well with a solar pump provides water to a 50,000L concrete tank. The water point is located on the northern boundary of the property. Bore 2 – Shared access with eastern neighbour: Windmill bore. The water point is located on the centrally on the eastern boundary of the property. Stock are watered via equipped concrete troughs at each site.
