An exceptional line of May/June 2024 drop 1st X ewe lambs. These ewes are a part of the top draft out of 1500 ewe lambs and part of a mob of lambs which were weaned off there mother’s at 133%.
100% of these ewes have been weighed on an 3 hour curfew from 65-69.5kg. Ewes have all been tagged with electronic ear tags for buyers convenience. Ewes are bred alongside the well established Kegra Border Leicester stud which has been in operation for 45 years. These ewes are by first selection stud Kegra super Border Leicester rams out of Goolgumbla stud, bred and blood merino ewes, which the Golder family have been receiving the first draft of ewes from Goolgumbla for 23 years. The Golder family have been breeding 1st x ewes for 39 years and they are driven by breeding sheep of exceptional quality. These ewes are of exceptional quality and buyers can bid with confidence.
