ON ACCOUNT OF BURKE ESTATE IS 235 MERINO EWE HOGGETS. THIS IS THE ENTIRE DROP OF THIS AGE GROUP UNCLASSED, WITH 15% TAIL REMOVED FROM MOB. NORMALLY THESE EWES WOULD BE RETAINED BUT DUE TO THE ESTATE BEING FINALISED THEY ALL MUST GO. THESE EWES HAVE YEARS OF BREEDING BEHIND THEM AND HAVE GOTTEN BETTER EVERY YEAR. THEY ARE MEDIUM TO LARGE FRAME EWES WHICH WILL PRODUCE A TOP QUALITY FLEECE OF WOOL. THE FLOCK AVERAGE IS 6KG @ 18.5 MICRON. THE VENDOR HAS SCANNED THESE EWES EMPTY FOR BUYER CONFIDENCE. THESE EWES WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET TO ANY MERINO BREEDER OR FAT LAMB PRODUCER. A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF THESE EWES HAVE PHOTOSENSITISATION FROM THE LUSH FEED THEY ARE ON.
