On offer is a great run of the Dawes Family 1st X ewes. This is the top draft of 240 out of 700 Mar/Apr 2023 drop ewes. The Dawes family have been breeding 1st X ewes for over 50 years since the inaugural Forbes 1st X Ewe Sale and have been sourcing their Merino ewes from the Hay district each year. They have also been purchasing top Quality Border Leicester rams from Dunnield and Glamis studs. These ewes show excellent growth and trueness to type which would bolster any 2nd X breeding operation. All health treatments are up to date. Ewes have also been OJD vaccinated (Gudair) for extra buyers confidence.
