2 x 148 (296 head) future breeder ewe hoggets on offer. The Laskey sheep are noted breeders in the Orroroo area for their doing ability, large frame, heavy wool cut and fertility. This is the annual sale of their surplus young ewes. They have been heavily classing their ewe hoggets for many years and buying the top end out of the Flairdale ram sale. These ewes will fit either a merino or terminal lamb operation. The ewes are fresh in condition and will not disappoint, have done extremely well since shearing. Previous buyers have been extremely happy with these sheep. Vendor also has 392 2018 drop ewes and 376 2017 drop ewes in the same sale, if you wish to buy the same sheep. Assessed 100 out of 296 head. Top weight 67 kg, bottom weight 46 kg, averaging 55.2 kg at assessment.
