2 x 196 (392 head) x 4 1/2 year old ewes on offer. The Laskey's sheep are noted breeders in the Orroroo area for their doing ability, large frame, heavy wool cut and fertility. These ewes are not normally sold, and retained until they're 5 1/2 year olds. Only being sold due to feed issues going forward, so the decision has been made. Great opportunity to buy some quality ewes. These ewes will fit either a merino or terminal lamb operation. The ewes are in rising fresh condition and will not disappoint. The ewes had their lambs weaned off early July. Vendor also has 376 2017 drop ewes and 296 2021 ewe hoggets in the same sale, if you wish to buy the same sheep. We pulled approximately 25 plainer conditioned ewes out of this mob. Assessed 100 out 392 head. Top weight 88 kg, bottom weight 54 kg, averaging 66.7 kg at assessment.
