Buyers, to be offered for sale are 650 Primeline Ewe lambs, drafted into 2 lines. This lot of 410 represents the 2nd draft offered in the sale. Averaging 40Kg at assessment. An excellent quality line of young ewes that will continue to grow and mature into true to type sheep. Yullundry Pastoral Company have been breeding Primeline sheep for 15 years purchasing high index rams annually from the Lambpro sale. Breeding objectives concentrate on the maternal attributes of the breed including fertility and mothering ability, combined with the commercial focus of growth, muscle, positive fat and marbling. Rams selected must have black hooves, dark pigment in the nose and eyes, clean & even skin and structurally correct in the legs, back and head carriage. Yullundry is a supplier of Lambpro’s branded products Willowbend and Kinross Station. Their first load of May/June drop Hampshire X Kinross Station lambs loaded out end of October weighing 67-80kg. Highly recommend these young breeders.
