A TOP OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE A NEAT LOAD OF THE ASTON XB NEW SEASON LAMBS. BRED FROM THE ASTON POLL MERINO EWES & WALLINAR WA BRED MERINO EWES BY CAMBORN WHITE SUFFOLK RAMS. THEY HAVE DROPPED OVER A TIGHT 5 WEEKS & THESE REPRESENT THE THIRD DRAFT. THESE LAMBS HAVE HAD ALL THE HEALTH TREATMENTS & ARE SETUP TO GO. THEY HAVE RUNNING ON A PADDOCK FULL OF NATIVE CLOVER TO KEEP THEM FROM THE SEED. WE DID HAVE A GOOD INSPECTION & IT WAS VERY HARD TO FIND ANY SIGNS OF SPEAR GRASS. DUE TO THE GOOD SEASON THERE IS A CHANCE OF IMMATURE SEED IN THE WOOL. BUT VENDOR HAS DONE A TERRIFIC JOB KEEPING THEM OUT OF IT. A SEED KILL WAS DONE ON 6 LAMBS & THERE WASNT ANY DETECTED. THERE WAS APPROX 1% WITH LIGHT DAGS OF SAMPLE WEIGHED. NOTE THE OTHER DRAFTS IN THE SALE TO PUT A LINE OF OVER 1100 ONE MARK LAMBS.
