A good run of fresh wether lambs that are ideal for the wool grower & would grow out for a export programme. Wethers are out of medium to large frame ewes from the Stanthorpe district. Ewes would normally dress out at 20-22kgs. Rams are selected structure (shape & length) & wool (softness, brightness, micron, length). Dohne rams are selected on high body weight % & positive eye muscle. 20% tail of lambs have been taken out prior to assessment. Of these 290 lambs assessed noticed 2% with horns. Lambs will be sold in 2 lots of 145head, a run out the gate in 2 even lines to the best of our ability.
