On offer is a quality line of mostly Poll Dorset x Merino mixed sex lambs, with a small percentage of 2nd cross Poll Dorset x BL/M lambs in the mob. Lambs are end of February to April drop and show good growth for their age. These lambs are bred out of large framed western bred Merino ewes purchased ex Trundle district. They have been weaned and have been fed in containment. Lambs are carrying some mud on the legs/underline from the wet conditions. Most lambs have been crutched, any uncrutched lambs carrying any dags will be crutched prior to delivery. A good opportunity to purchase a line of well bred lambs which would not take much to finish for the heavy trade market, or take onto export weights. Noted approx. 15% of lambs carrying some wether horn, with 3-4 lambs carrying heavier horn.
