Offering 217 mixed sex Border Leicester Merino X lambs presenting in store condition. Lambs were bred out of Merino ewes acquired with property purchase, having been Rogers Bros bred and blood, renowned first cross sheep producers in the area. These lambs have been weaned and run on pasture only and are in light store condition, having had a drench & their second 5-in-1 at shearing. Please note, composite & first cross lambs have been running together and all care was taken in drafting to breed for this assessment but it should be expected that a very small percentage of this draft will be composite lambs. Representing the lead 60% of the drop, an article that you would expect would gain weight quickly if shown the right conditions, with the ewe portion having breeding to mature into nice quality 1st X breeders (NOTE: vendor also offers 270 composite mixed sex lambs this sale).
