These lambs have had a 15% tail removed and are showing good frame and structure. They present in very fresh condition and are definitely going ahead with access to fresh pasture since weaning, combined with access to barley in feeders, which they had access to prior to weaning with their mothers. They have had every opportunity and done well, they should suit a feedlot situation or will grow into great wool cutters. They have the start of a good fleece on their backs which has been 17 micron as lambs and either sidde of 19 micron as grown sheep. There is approximately 5% with horn of which the majority were tipped at marking.
