250 2nd X Lambs (Border/Merino X Poll Dorset), August/September 25 Drop, 3rd of February Shorn. Lambs have been running on pastures of short fresh perennial rye and clover mix. Lambs are in forward store condition but are all frame and ready to take the next step. All lambs have been individually weighed through the auto scales at 35-40 kgs. Lambs are all frame and not a lot of condition. There is quick gain in these lambs given the right grazing conditions, there’s a huge amount potential with the breeding of these lambs.
