Assessor Comments
Presenting an excellent opportunity to secure Primeline Maternal ewe lambs. These lambs are starting to round up and have performed well since shearing on good feed. The tops of this drop have already been sold and this is the middle run. The Cains are content with their flock numbers and thanks to the large percentages of lambs their Primeline ewes have produced over previous years, these ewe lambs are being offered this year for genuine sale. They target good fertility and have had Primeline Maternal sheep for the past 9 years and have been marking over 170% of scanned in ewes in the past 3 years. I'd assume that these lambs are predominantly multiples and hence were a bit slower to hit target weights in November last year when the tops of this drop were sold. They are an even and consistent type of ewe that is now expected of Primeline genetics. As seen in photos, the odd lamb has dag on its tail after being on fresh millet, its drying now as they've been on for a few weeks
